If MachWatch does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies to the first subscription payment on a new account (monthly or yearly).
Subscription renewals are refundable if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and have not materially used the Service in the new period. To avoid unwanted renewals, you can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made.
Email nikola@ilon.rs from the address on your account, or use the receipt link from our payment provider. Refunds for online purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days. Invoiced (bank-transfer) customers in Serbia are refunded by bank transfer.
Where a full refund is not applicable (e.g. late requests, partial use of a yearly plan after a service failure on our side), we may offer a pro-rata refund or account credit. We will always tell you which before processing.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
